Our approach

Position first.
Perform next.

Creativity without a compass is just wandering. For a brand to make its mark, it must first know what it is. Our method always starts with positioning, never with deliverables.

We turn your stakes into vision and your goals into emotion. Because a brand that knows where it’s going is a brand people follow, we make your strategy the silent engine of your success.

Five steps inherited from the great houses,
calibrated for your scale.

Step 1

Diagnosis

We always start by listening. In an initial one-hour meeting, we understand your business, your clients, your constraints, your ambitions. We formulate three positioning hypotheses that we test out loud with you. This step is never billed separately: it's part of the initial engagement.

Step 2

Strategic platform

From the diagnosis, we build your brand platform: purpose, vision, values, promise, communication territory, tone of voice, editorial principles. This document becomes the moral contract between us, the reference to return to whenever a creative trade-off is needed.

Step 3

Identity and universe

We translate the platform into visible signs: logotype, palette, typography, graphic principles, application across priority deliverables. Coherence over graphic performance: a recognisable universe beats an impressive visual that only looks like itself.

Step 4

Editorial production

We start the engine: editorial calendar, copywriting, design, scheduling, publishing. Each month, you receive an agreed volume of content, validated by you before going live. Regularity over brilliance: better a message held for twelve months than a brilliant campaign that fades.

Step 5

Measurement and adjustment

Each month, we give you a readable report: what was done, what worked, what worked less well, what we propose to adjust. No jargon, no three-hundred-indicator dashboard. Three or four key figures, commented, and decisions to make together.

Three principles we hold
without compromise.

Principle 1

A founder on every account

No client gets assigned an inexperienced point of contact to lead their strategy. Audran or Ferdinand is systematically present on every structural decision. Production can be delegated; thinking cannot.

Principle 2

Transparency on time spent

We don't bill by the hour, but we know how many hours we put into each mission. You can ask us anytime. This honesty is the only way to build a long-term relationship of trust.

Principle 3

We turn down missions shorter than six months

Communication doesn't produce results in under six months. We'd rather decline an opportunity than let you leave frustrated after eight weeks. This discipline protects your interests as much as ours.
